We are now accepting new patient
registrations across all 3 sites.
Fairmore Medical Practice serves the
populations of Rawtenstall, Nelson and Padiham and consists of 3
sites. These are the state of the art Rossendale Primary Health Care
Centre on Bacup Road in Rawtenstall, Leeds Road in Nelson and
Station Road Health Centre in Padiham.
If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us,
please complete one of our registration forms available
from the 3 surgeries or downloadable from our
New Patients page. Only
patients living within the Boroughs of Rawtenstall, Nelson and
Padiham will be registered. Please note that registrations will only
be complete after patients have completed a New Patient Health
Questionnaire and also undergone a new patient check up.
Medical Emergencies Out of Hours:

need to access a health professional in an emergency between 6.30pm
and 8am Monday to Friday or 6.30pm Friday to 8am Monday, you should
call 111.
