Fairmore Medical Practice aims to give a friendly and professional
service to all our patients. However, if you have any concerns about
any aspect of our service, please let us know.
The Practice Manager, James Bowman, is available to receive any comments on the
service being provided. There is a Practice Complaints Procedure in
place. The Practice encourages patient feedback to help improve our
services further.
In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily.
However, if patients do not wish to raise their concerns /
complaints directly with the practice, all Primary Care (GP, Dental,
Pharmacy, Optical) complaints, concerns and enquiries will now be
handled centrally.
Independent Contractor complaints / concerns / enquiries
With immediate effect ALL complaints, concerns and enquiries
queries regarding Independent Contractor Services (e.g. GP, Dentist,
Pharmacy, Opticians) should be directed to:
